Parkwood Consultancy Services (PCS) was established in 1997 as the Group`s multi-disciplinary project management business, initially established to meet the strategic objectives of affiliated Group companies to enter the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) markets.
